Please complete your registration for the tour at least before the 7th inning ends. If you arrive after registration ends, you will not be able to join in. Please note that we are unable to give any refunds.
We will not be able to entertain cancellations after the reservations have been submitted. We are also unable to give any refunds.
Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The tour start time may be delayed depending on the progress of the game. Please note that there may be a waiting period between the end of the game and the start of the tour depending on the conditions inside the dome.
For this course, you will only be able to try out baseball. No tour of the baseball-related facilities will be given.
Those wearing the following footwear will be not allowed to join the tour: Sandals or any other footwear that can slip off easily, shoes with elevated heels or soles.
